DEWEY E. MANN

Dewey E. Mann, CPA, has been active in all areas of public accounting since 1978. Prior to entering public practice, Dewey was employed over ten years with a large carpet manufacturer and served three years in the United States Army. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, mergers and acquisitions, tax reporting and consulting in several client industries including nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans, governmental entities and the real estate, construction and manufacturing industries. Dewey has also been active performing peer reviews of other CPA firms since 1980.
Dewey is a 1978 honor graduate of Berry College in Rome, Georgia, and is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. He is a member of the American Institute and Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Dewey has served on various Tennessee Society of CPA and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) committees. Notably of which, he served over twenty years as a volunteer member of AICPA Ethics Committees, including three years on the Professional Ethics Executive Committee, and over four years as Chair of the Technical Standards Subcommittee.
